The concept of the Lybra pallet wrapper is based on the needs of various customers who required a system that would pivot around a product because of its weight and instability.

Control Panel

The LYBRA wrapper is equipped with a highly intuitive and efficient multi-function programmable control panel.

Spool Carriage

The LYBRA wrapper is equipped as standard with an FE spool carriage with electromechanical brake. It is also possible to install PRS and PS pre-stretch spool carriages with pre-stretch up to 350%.

Rotary Arm

The rotating arm of the LYBRA wrapper allows perfect wrapping of unstable and heavy loads, even on very light pallets since the pallet does not move at all.

LYBRA

The concept of the Lybra pallet wrapper is based on the needs of various customers who required a system that would pivot around a product. While most machines for convenience, have a rotating table, the Lybra incorporates an arm that rotates around the product, making it the perfect machine for unstable or heavy loads.

The key is in the arm

The subtlety of the Lybra pallet wrapper when wrapping the pallet is such that we can apply it to very heavy pallets or other light pallets that require tact when working. The Lybra trolley has an electromechanical brake as standard but we have different proposals for different films with PRS and PS trolleys. The motorized pre-stretch carriages (PRS and PS) are proposals that allow the pre-stretch to be regulated. The PRS works with pre-stretching between 150-200 and 250% and the PS will enable us to reach figures of up to 400%. The combination of this type of special head with a technical film will give us the best performance to reduce the amount of film applied to the pallet and save on our production costs.

Heights? No problem

When talking about unstable loads, we can easily reach up to 3 meters with an arm that rotates at 12 rpm. The Lybra control system allows you to control the whole issue of the height of the pallet, both in the number of turns and the regulation of everything related to speed, height, reinforcement or pre-stretch.
